The licence terms that govern your use of the Mahisoftech CRM Suite software, separate from your billing terms.
Last updated: 2 August 2026Subject to your active subscription and these terms, Mahisoftech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the CRM Suite — Leads CRM, HRMS, Worksheet & Projects, and Accounts CRM — for your internal business purposes. This licence exists alongside, and does not replace, our Terms & Conditions.
You may access the suite through the web and mobile interfaces we provide, create and manage user accounts for your own employees, and use exported reports and data for your own business purposes.
You may not:
Mahisoftech and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the software, including its code, design, and underlying architecture. This licence is not a sale — nothing in it transfers ownership of the software to you. Your business data remains yours, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, patch, or modify the suite from time to time to improve functionality, security, or performance. We'll aim to keep core workflows consistent, and will give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects how you use the product.
The suite may include open-source or third-party components, each governed by their own licence terms. Those components are used under licences that permit our use and do not grant you additional rights beyond this agreement.
This licence remains in effect for as long as your subscription is active. It ends automatically on cancellation or termination of your subscription, as described in our Cancellation Policy. On termination, you must stop using the software; provisions relating to ownership and restrictions survive termination.
The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Mahisoftech's liability under this licence is limited in the same way as set out in our Terms & Conditions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
