Last updated: 2 August 2026Mahisoftech ("we", "us") operates the CRM Suite from Kukatpally, Hyderabad, India. This policy covers the personal and business data we handle when you and your team use Leads CRM, HRMS, Worksheet & Projects, or Accounts CRM. Data you enter into the suite is hosted in your own environment and is never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the information above to: provide and maintain the suite, calculate things like attendance hours and payment balances, respond to support requests, send billing and service notices, and improve product reliability. We do not use your business data to train external AI models or share it with advertisers.
Data is hosted in access-controlled environments, encrypted in transit, and protected by role-based logins so employees only see what their access level allows. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we ask that you also protect your own login credentials.
We don't sell personal or business data. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers who help us run the suite — such as cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and WhatsApp Business messaging — solely to deliver the service, and bound by confidentiality obligations. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
If you use HRMS, you may enter attendance and employment data about your own employees. In that relationship, your organisation is the data controller and Mahisoftech is the processor. You're responsible for informing your employees and having a lawful basis to process their data; we process it only on your instructions and for the purpose of running the HRMS product.
You can request access to, correction of, or export of your account and business data at any time by contacting us. You may also request deletion of your account data, subject to legal or accounting retention requirements described below.
We retain account and business data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as described in our Cancellation Policy, to allow data export and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can request earlier deletion, and we'll act on it unless we're required to retain the data by law.

The CRM Suite is business software intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a company. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
